10” Disc brakes that are not just slip on brakes. We use true Disc brake axles that are held on with the hubs castle nut. Each axle with brakes has 3500lbs of stopping power.	Modern concealed brake coupler for all brake trailers. Has a lock out solenoid that locks out the brake fluid from engaging the brakes when backing up. We provide you with a 7way round to 5 flat adapter to allow for this.	Modern pontoons have large 25” or 27” pontoon tubes. We use 2×6’s for the bunks to help cradle the larger tubes and support the heavier weight of modern pontoon boats.</class=”auto-style5″>	Our trailers are usually 200-300 lbs. heavier than many other brands of pontoon trailers. 				We start by bead blasting our steel frames to remove all the impurities to the steel, then we add our exclusive Rock Guard powder coating. Rock Guard powder coat is 11Mil thick and is the strongest finish in the industry.

It only cost a few extra dollars to change all the lights out to LED. Incandescent lights burst when you back your trailer in the cold water. They have a capacity of 1610 lbs. per tire and if you need a new one you can find them anywhere.	Most pontoon trailers have a 1600 lb. winch. We use a 3200 lb. winch because lets face it, pontoon boats are not getting any lighter.	A simple U bolt is welded to the winch stand. This prevents the boat from bouncing going down the road. Holds your boat down and forward.	Double wheel tongue jacks wont sink down in the dirt, allowing you to move your trailer with ease.

Steel fenders protect the standard 13” D range tires each rated @ 1610 lb. carrying capacity. Bunks adjust for pontoons 6’ to 8’ 6” wide. 4 cross members tie the side frames together. Tie down points on the frame with marine grade rubber backed carpeting over 2” x 4” wooden bunks are supported on the main frame. A 3200 lb. front loading winch with a 20’ strap is included to pull your boat onto the trailer. All required DOT equipment: lighting, safety chains, etc. for the USA and Canada is included. About our single axle trailers Single axle trailers are made to our specifications by Spreuer & Son’s, LaGrange, Indiana. Phil Spreuer developed the original pontoon trailer in 1957. His company has been building pontoon trailers since. We’ve had a relationship with Spreuer for over 30 years. The trailers Spreuer builds for us differ from their standard production models. Ours have a wide-body frame so as to support the bunks on the main frame. Our trailers are Rust guard coated at a new state of the art multi-million dollar Lippert Components facility just minutes from LaGrange. Trailer frames and parts are cleaned before the Rust gaurd coat application. In years past Spreuer painted trailers or used an E-Coated process.
