Returns & Refunds
Midwest Marine Supplies strives to provide you with high quality products and customer service. We do understand that on rare occasions a product purchased by the customer may not fit their needs and will need to be returned. Due to this we have created the following return policy and will issue refunds for products that meet our requirements.
Returnable Item Requirements:
- Any item within 30 days of receipt.
- Unopened items in the original condition it was received in.
- Incorrect item shipped to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Anything over 30 days from receipt.
- Any item that has been installed and shows signs of wear.
- Special order items.
- Any item that has been weathered from water or outdoor conditions.
Restocking Fee- Midwest Marine Supplies charges a 10-20% restocking fee on all items returned. The fee percentage is based on the product, please contact us to find out the restocking fee for an item.
Returning an Item:
To return an item you must first contact us to verify you are within your return window and your item is returnable. Once an item is verified to be returned you are responsible for sending the item back in a safe shipping manner. Midwest Marine Supplies will not refund you for any items damaged in return shipping.

Refunds-
Once an item has been returned, we will inspect it to verify it is new, unused, and not damaged. Once this has been verified, we will issue a refund to your payment method or mail you a check to your billing address. Any freight paid is 100% non-refundable.
